The historic Austin Motel is located in South Austin, an expansive district of leafy residential suburbs and green spaces. The property sits walking distance to the famous bat bridge and just south of the Colorado River and Downtown. Guests have access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, with the pool closing at 10 PM. The motel is surrounded by some of the city's most interesting dining, nightlife and shopping. A courtyard features a walk-up bar serving shareable bites, beers and cocktails. The property offers complimentary breakfast for groups. Everyone who has owned this property has been personally involved with building and maintaining it.
